About the host and guests
Tamara Buhin
Franchise Business Development Manager at Optiprint having a Master’s Degree in Marketing and more than 13 years’ experience in different marketing positions in multinational companies. Now she is responsible for the international expansion of the Optiprint business in the EU area. Due to her job, she had the chance to see the impact of COVID-19 from a business perspective in different EU countries (Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia-Hercegovina, Italy, Czech, Romania), and learn how important is the power of the group in such events.
Cristian Raicu
Graduate of Polytechnic University of Bucharest – Transport Branch, with more than 20 years’ experience in Supply Chain & Logistics in different multinational companies. Like all of us, in the last year, he experimented with the restriction generated by COVID 19th and changed the business processes to comply with the new “normal” and continue to provide qualitative services to all Customers.
Matjaž Bavdek
Experienced Chief Executive Officer and investor with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Strong business development professional graduated from MBA and Electrotechnical University in Ljubljana. Excels as an entrepreneur, business strategist, and investor. He has built several highly profitable businesses from scratch and made many successful investments in the early-stage companies and on the stock market.
Lubomir Milek
Mr. Mílek had the opportunity to manage the development of several large commercial ventures as well as the reconstruction of residential projects. He is focused on real estate investment and development in historic centers, which have often experienced hundreds of wonderful and successful years and are in a desolate state now. His second passion besides real estate is franchising. He had the opportunity to learn from the internationally successful brand CENTURY 21, traveled a number of countries, took part in many international negotiations and actively participated in the expansion of this brand in the Czech Republic. His present position is franchise and real estate consultant.
